Periodically we conduct an employee engagement survey to measure and assess how motivated and engaged our employees are to perform their best at work each day.
Employee Engagement reflects how empowered, inspired, and actively involved employees feel within the organization. This indicator highlights employees’ proactive contributions, impacting the company’s reputation as an employer, result-oriented performance, high retention rates, ownership, and openness to innovation and new initiatives. The latest results of the survey showed that 63% of employees are engaged in their work and 91% were satisfied with their work in the organisation.
